European SCART cable.

Good news is that the PSX RGB signal is directly compatible with a standard resolution arcade monitor (looks amazing)

For those that are interfacing consoles to their arcade cabinets, RGB output makes them almost brand new (I still remember being blown WAY away when I first played Tempest 2000 with a Jaguar connected to my 25" JAMMA cabinet)
