I agree with you. If you are in need of them, I am sure someone will sell you or send you a CD-Rom they have burned, but this guy is trying to make a profit AND is distributing it with MAME which is expressly prohibited.
I also dumped mine and have been working with the top 15 I usually play. I am in the progess of downloading the ones via the link at Arcade@home.com, but it is long and arduous as there does not seem to be a central point to download them all in one fell swoop.
