What Video card to use for both TV out and PC Monitor (more)?

I would like to use my main system for both Emulation and the current crop of 3D games. Are there any state-of-the-art 3D Accellerator cards that will display the TV out in DOS mode? If not, are there any "pass-through" cards available that can be used in conjunction with the 3D card to output to the TV? If not, I am open to using an external adaptor to accomplish this.
