You can print your own custom marquee's. Buy an Epson Photo 1200 (they're pretty cheap) and a roll of photo quality banner paper. Print out your marquee. Then, get a couple peices of plexiglass cut. 1/16" thick (dunno mm size), one clear, one white. Sandwich your art between the two pieces of plexi, with the white piece in back. The white plexi will diffuse the light from the flourescent bulb and make it look nice.

Then, make it known that you will make custom marquee's for people for $20 a pop and you can pay for the printer. =)
