'Two Tigers' spinners - how to connect to KE72t? - Help, please?

Hello:

I recently acquired two spinners from a 'Two Tigers' arcade game. The problem is, there are 10 connections to the spinner, as opposed to 4 (+5, gnd, left, & right). Can anyone tell me how to connect these? I hope I hope :)
