I was wondering if someone could tell me if a prototype crimping tool is ok as
opposed to a production model, or is just a radio shack model just fine. The price
difference is $17/$160 and I also was wondering if there are alternatives.
I am about to purchase receptacle/plug Molex terminal housings (36 connections per)
and wonder what my options are regarding crimping. My strong suit in this project
is the cabinet building not the electrical aspect , but I am learning :)

Info about my work in progress :
My cabinet shell is done. All that is left for the cabinet are details.
(marque, front glass, bezel, trim/t-mold, and a final painting. It is primed already.
I have a removable panel system that takes less the 30 secs to swap and involves no
attachments at all. I didn't plan it this way. :) I thought that it would require a bolt
or something to keep it secure but turned out fine. This cabinet also differs from the others in that it
is designed so that you can roll up in a chair and use it... One of my spare panels is just
a blank that servers as a desk for when you aren't playing and need to use it as a PC. All in all the cabinet
is about 8-12 shorter than a normal panel. I made the cabinet this way since I only have one PC :) Also if I
ever wanted it to be normal height a simple box is all that is needed. I'll stop rambling for now just thought
I'd let everyone know what has been accomplished so far.

Once I am finished I'll ask Saint to post my pics or I'll set up a site.

Thanks to all who have answered my few questions in the past and those that have made cabinets where
I and others can draw ideas from.

Sasha
