Pc to Arcade Monitor Question Via Jamma

Right ive read the PC to Jamma pages, just for clarification I connect both the H sync and V sync wires
(on my VGA -> RGB cable) to Sync on the Jamma finger board ?? or do i twist them round each other and the
connect them ??
