I used them when I built a keyboard splitter. Before
I used them, the splitter didn't function right -
I'd get unpredictable results, sometimes leds would
light on one keyboard, sometimes another, etc...
I dioded one of the keyboards and not the other,
and it then worked correctly in a sort of master/slave
arrangement, where one keyboard had two way communication
with the PC, and the other had one way only. Diodes
are an electrical fact as far as what their function
is...

: me and a friend tried to get the diod method to work and it works just the same as without diods. We both think that the diods really dont help or hurt anything at all but add more expense & effort & that you need to try something else. Anyone here claim to have gotten diods to work?
