LP24 Matrix for 4-Player Cabinet

Just wondering if anyone has a suitable matrix layout for a 4-player control panel using a Hagstrom LP24 (or KE24)...I'm going to be building one for my cabinet (the control panel is swappable) in the near future thanks to the news of some very interesting 4P games being added to MAME in the near future. The following are all what need to be mapped on the matrix:

4 Joysticks (Up, Down, Left, Right) (16 Keys)
12 Player Buttons (3 Each Player)
4 Player Start Buttons
5 Emulator Control Buttons
