I actually did mess up my SB Live trying to make a joystick. I was fiddling around with a disasembled Sidewinder pad and apparently shorted the thing out. Now the gameport is completely non-functional as far as I can tell. That kind of sucks since I've still got a Sidewinder joystick and pad. Mine is actually blown out as far as I can tell though, your's just sounds like a software problem. Maybe you should try the stick in another computer; I did that with my pad and it worked fine. Oh well, at least I've got my recently finished keyboard hack joystick to play games with. Good luck on your project. -Colin
