I got lucky and just happened to pick the Super 8 joysticks for my control panel. I didn't know at the time which was better, but from reading the comments from people, I think I've got some pretty good joysticks. I've played robotron, crazy climber, battle zone, gyruss and many more with no problem at all. The diagnals work great. I've been to some arcades recently and I've found joysticks on the arcade games that didn't feel as nice as the Supers. Yes, you do get the clicking sound, but as mentioned by someone else, they make the clicking sound in the arcades too. (I've actually listened to them to find out.) If you turn the volum up and get into the game you really won't notice. Bottom line, I think the Super joysticks are the way to go.
