Uh, I don't have it on my computer anymore. But if people are interested I can try to get it work again.
But if you run mame in win95 dosbox you should use les23 from logitech. This is the older version of less that will let you use the spinner in a dosbox. It is still on their ftp site or I can email it to you. It is very responsive, a full spin with the spinner will get you approx a full spin in Tempest and even better with Arkanoid. For Mame the best setting for me is: mode= steering, sensitivity= as high as possible, deadzone= low
