XP Help?!?

Hey everyone!!
I just scored myself a new (well new to me) 4gb hard drive that I'd like to drop into a new PC that will be running MAME only. My problem is that the drive is totaly blank and I'm wondering if anyone knows how I can make this drive DOS bootable to run MAME only on this drive. I've just put the drive into my system that is running Windows XP right now, but I'm not sure how to set up this second drive. Can anyone help??
