Actually I don't remember precisly how I did it since for a long time know I just map the spinner to the mouse x-as with les 2.3 to command.com. This way it will work with all dos programs including mame as a mouse in a win95 dosbox.

Share the driver with everyone, as there are probaly others wanting mouse support for teh spinner part.
