Well, I cut the 5 bezal peaces glued them all toughter on the kitchen table (Opps scratched up the table with the knife). These are smaller than the glass. And then mounted that to the painted plexglass. So where the measurement came in was on painting the glass. I put the glass in the cabinet set the monitor on the shelf and just measured from there. Masked off the glass and painted it. Its kind of hard to explane, But the unpainted glass area is about 2.5in. larger (all around) than the screen. The bezel 3d's down to the screen. Happ sells bezal's for 13, 19, 25, 27 and 33in. monitors. Of course i'm using A 17" (-:. My cabint (built from scratch) is about 70% finished and so far the bezal was one of the biggest hassles.
