: I know everyone says that you should get a ATI for tv-out (rage fury pro seems popular).

: Is the Radeon as good (or even close)? Anyone get the ATI raadeon working with an original arcade CRT using the VGA-RGBS conversion cables?

: thanks in advance...

Rage Fury Pro is discontinued... based on the Rage 128 Pro chipset. The Radeon is the replacement. I just bought the Radeon VE with dual "independent" display output... sweet. TV out is 1024x768 max on NTSC (the All-In-Wonder and Rage Fury were limited to 800x600). Too bad MAME crashes if the displays are independent. Works just fine with one display, and two displays with the screens cloned).
Haven't tried any console emulators yet.... still playing Metal Slug.
