Retrocade Remapping...who uses it?

: Is ANYONE using Retrocade in their cabinet. I have my cabinet nearing completion and did not realize how slow MAME would run (pentium 120). I would like to try Retrocade until I get a new motherboard/chip set (next month, hmm...). But Retrocade uses all those anoying Funciton keys (F1, F2, F3,F4). The faq said that you can change the cabinet.ini file, but when I changed the value for F4 equal a button, it did not work. Is anyone using Retrocade or is it universally hated? : Thanks : John Mac
