At GameWorks in Philly I saw a fighting game, maybe Tekken 3 or VF3 connected to two rings that looked like the Activator(?), a peripheral Sega released for the Genesis that was supposed to allow you to play a fighting game, Eternal Warriors, if I remember correctly, by moving your hands and feet.
You could supposedly control your character by punching or kicking in the air. Maybe that could be hooked up to a MAME machine. Imagine playing Crazy Climber by dancing around the Activator ring.
