I actually (somewhat seriously) looked into this. A good supplier of cheap LCD's is Timeline. Check out their prices. I figured I could put an LCD in any number of places, including the marquee, with an animated title/logo of the game currently being played; a backlit one could go behind the monitor glass showing which controls perform which game functions for the currently selected game; a VGA LCD could be installed in the back behind the access door for doing stuff on the PC without dragging around a CRT.
