Simple Question:

I am building a spinner and I am trying to follow the
TwitsyGrip design.

I am having a problem getting the whole thing to balance correctly when glueing washers on the shaft to act as a flywheel.

Any Suggestions.....

BTW: I am using an old Atari Paddle as the knob and shaft for the spinner. Once you take the variable resistor apart, it has a great housing for the shaft and the knob is perfect.
