Here some ideas I've tossed around:
A pinball plunger
A flight yoke connected to a MS Siderwinder Freestyle Pro
A steering wheel that connects to the front of the conrol panel
Peddles and chair(removed from a car) that attaches to the front of the cab (to go with the above)
A canopy to go over the two above
A Power Glove interfaced via SNESKey
An LED marquee
Power rotating monitor (everyone has thought of this, none have done it!)
Designing my own marquee and silk screening it onto glass or lexan
An arcade mon reflecting off glass, and a regular PC mon behind the glass. (letting you use an arcade mon for mame and the pc mon for windows)
