Since I am not currently making controllers or cabinets for the time being, I was thinking about creating a few webpages dealing with the construction of the rotating joystick. But I didnt want to go through the trouble if there was not sufficient interest. So if there is enough response I will put one together. BTW: just in case someone does not know why you would need this item....it has a very limited use but it is for games like Q-Bert that use a joystick rotated 45 degrees.
I was also considering an instructional page on my spinner design....any interest here? FYI: My spinner uses the Happ interface and can all be set up for dual spinners and a trackball from one interface (with a selector switch to change between spinner and trackball)
Also for the spinner construction you will have to know how to do a little soldering (NOT the little soldering gun for wiring)...but soldering with a torch like a.....plumber :-)
Anyway, if there is any interest LMK and I can get started....got a lot of things going on so it would probably be about 4-6 weeks before it would get finished.
