Not sure what the bare minimums are, but I'm very disappointed with my pII 400's performance on many games. NBA Jam, MK2,3 etc. won't play at all. I'm going to save up and build a new computer in that 900-1300 MHz range so that I can run most anything. I personally wouldn't go less than your 350 if it's available anyways.
