With my d9100 windows did run ok, so I think there will be no problems with a d9200.

Tv-out seems to be very popular around here these days. I have seen emulators run on a couple of systems (mostly ati and my own geforce 2mx) with s-vhs tv-out and although they looked ok they could not compete with a rgb arcade monitor or a tv with a scart interface. The difference is especially noticable on older games were the s-vhs output always had little but noticable color bleeding...
