I know that Ipac allows you to hotswap... But I have a MK64 (4 players + lots of buttons didn't fit on a I-pac.)

Anyway, I ended up some extra board -> parallel connectors and board -> serial connectors (25 male and female connectors with ribbon on the back). Anyway, I ended up taking 3 female (parallel) connectors off the MK64 board, then a bunch of serial connectors (3 per control panel).

So now it's just plugging in 3 connectors.

btw, for anyone out there with a MK64... one parallel and one scsi cable works. And the one scsi, if you cut the ribbon in half (split the 50 ribbon to 2 25pin ribbons)... then you can get a parallel on each.
