question for thse who have rotated their monitors

I got my 27" monitor that everone on the board has been talking about yesterday and it is obvious to me that I will have to mount it vertically to make it fit in my cab, it's HUGE. I know it's not a problem with MAME to rotate games(I use emuloader and MameW), but my question is, is there a way to get Win98 to rotate as well? Or will I have to live with craning my head to navigate through Windows? =)

If not, do you guys have alternate solutions that would work? I haven't played with ArcadeOS so I don't know if it could be done there or not...
