Controller Question

I am in the final stages of designing my Mame/N64/Atari Cabinet. I am thinking of having two players on the main control panel, each with 6 buttons. My question is with the joysticks. I want both players to be able to play dual 8 way games like Smash TV. It also needs to have a 4 way for Pacman and the like, and a Rotary/Optical for Ikari Warriors. Here's what I was thinking. Two Perfect 360 joysticks, 1 4 way super joystick, and one optical from Happs. Any ideas or suggestions. Also, I have a Hagstrom KE-72. Do I need to get the Happs UGCI or the Control Interface Board Development Kit?
