A pedal would be nice but not necessary. I would say 2 steering wheels maybe 4 buttons on each side and a big gap in the middle (give the players some space). Both wheels should only take up ONE mouse port together (each axis of the mouse). That would be all I'd need. I'd be willing to pay up to $300 at least.
