MK48 or MK64 might be what your looking for. Not USB, but they donate to arcadecontrols (did a month ago anyway) so their good guys. I got one and damn it... haven't had the time to play with it yet. (hopefully my wife will let me get my cabinet finished this weekend... but wouldn't count on it...)
