Ah yes, I see what you mean. I've had autoarrange on so of course I never noticed that since Windows "fixes it" after the resize, but manually moving them then resizing messes things up. I agree with Emasculation (heh) that you should explore that HTML active desktop. Heck you could even use your browser in full screen mode (no bars/buttons etc)!

: It's the icons. When I run a lot of game emulators, especially NeorageX and Nebula, it briefly resizes the screen to 640x380, and back, thereby throwing all the icons on the bottom and right of my screen to the top.
: My solution has been to just not put icons in the lower 2" and rightmost 3" of space on my desktop for now, until I get a better solution, of which I don't think there is one.
