Never tried it.. but I wouldn't think so. You might also have driver problems (like not being able to run in dos.
But since you own it... trying it is free.
btw, the 13" isn't s-video I'm assuming. S-video makes a HUGE difference in quality. Consider going with the 27 inch.
also consider going to ebay for a 27 inch monitor for 175 (refurb) with max 640x480 60hz. Out of the plastic with all the stuff for easy mounting. (url below)
