I am definately going for the TV solution. Compared to large computer screens, TVs are very cheap. A 25" TV comes from about $200 and up. a computer monitor the same size would cost ... I don't know, but it would hurt!

The only thing you need to hook up a TV on your PC is a graphics card that supports TV output, and they are pretty reasonable in price, too. I have a Matrox Millennium G400 Dualhead, which cost about $150, I think. You others a lot cheaper. I think ATI is generally recommended in this forum. If you search for "rage" in the main list of topics you will find quite a few.
