I used a similar keyboard for my first hack. I circled the pairs of solder points for each key that I wanted and then soldered a wire from each one and connected it to a terminal block. It looks a little messy but it works.
If you're not sure which combinations are for which keys, you can download a utility off of the downloads section. Just connect the solder points using a wire and you should see the scancode display. Do not try this using a computer that you don't mind destroying - if you connect the wrong pair of solder points you could fry your PC!
