LEXAN!!! 1/8 sheet Lexan is cheap and easy to find in Augusta, GA, USA (yes I go to the Masters every year). I'm sure you can find it locally to you. The cool thing is that it is as easy to work with as sheet metal. Drill it, saw it, hell you can stop a small caliber bullet with it ;-)
