Go to the examples page on this site and start going through some of the pages. There are a lot of projects that documented the whole construction process very well. It is also a great source of ideas for your project. Of course you'll still have questions, and we'll be here to help!

: as the the topic states i am new to this and i am sure this is a newbie question but is there a deffinative site that can direct me on the actual wireing of the keypads and joysticks to a keyboard encoder? i am very interested in building a mame box and have plenty of excperince in computers (some programming) etc.. but i am looking for a guide that can take me from drilling the holes to place the buttons in to turning it on? thanx for your help
