Will my new computer run these games at fullspeed?

I just ordered a new computer with a athalon 1.3mhz 128 megs of ram and a hercules prophet 64 meg video card. I was wondering if the following games will run full speed on it. mortal kombat 3, 2, and 1 All of the street fighter games and all neo geo games. Thanks for any info.
