Mounting hardware for Happ Super-8???

I am about to make my first order to Happ. I am ordering 2 Super-8 joysticks for my first control panel (along with a ton of buttons).

My question is what sort of mounting hardware is needed for these joysticks? Is it best to order them from Happ or just get them at the hardware store???

BTW... Anyone ever use the Hagstrom KE18 encoder? I was thinking of using it instead of hacking up an old Gravis Phoenix joystick I have.
