Yeah, It makes sense. In fact, I tried that and it works, but I would like to get the counter working too.

: I have no idea what your white, brown, red, and black wires are just by the color. I can tell you how I wired up my Happ coin door (without counter) though.

: Basically, can you see a switch being tripped when you drop a coin down? If so, the pins on that switch are the ones that you'll want to wire up to your encoder - one as the lead and one as the "ground".

: Does that make sense? (I hope?)
