ZSNES on arcade monitor

: Is anyone using the Dos version of ZSNES on a cab setup with a standard arcade monitor? There are a number of video options available in the front end, none of which seem to work. : Generally, my first test with a new emu is to jump to the dos shell out of AOS and run it from there, just to make sure it runs well before I go building APP files. With ZSNES, it seems to want to set its own video modes, thereby ignoring those that were passed from AOS to the Dos Shell. : Any suggestions, oh ye folks with big brains?
