Someone posted a week ago or so that they emailed them and didn't get a response for a few days.

consider making your own thought. Fun and easy.

purchase an encoder. Keyboard hacking isn't worth the time. the $40 on a IPac will be worth it. If you want 4 players with all the extras, consider a mk48 or mk64.

Next... get your joysticks and stuff. How? ebay.

search on ebay for arcade control panel -cpo -overlay (search in message) with a dollar value 0 - 50 or so. (advance search).

Arcades are ment to be updated. So if there is a new X game, you can get the upgrade kit. This is a new control panel, board, overlays, marquee, side art. Then they take the control panel off the old machine and replace it with the new one. Well, some arcades kept the old control panels and are selling them cheap. 5 - 20 bucks for not so well know games. This will include the top, the joysticks and buttons, and the curved front. So then you cut a few peices of wood for the sides, bottom and back and you put your ipac inside. 4 peices of wood, and a few cables and your done! This with the real overlay of the original game!
