I'm not too sure about policarbonate, but among the other two, Plexi is cheaper, and Lexan seems to be more resistant and easier to cut and drill.
I gues it depends on your budget, if you're doing a whole cabinet or something, the savings from plexi might be worth it, but for a small control panel it might be easier to spend a little more on the lexan.
