Trouble with horizontal positioning.

I've just wired myself a VGA to Arcade Monitor cable, and get a clear picture from my PC. However, the screen is about 3 inches too far to the left, and no matter how much I tweak the h-hold etc, I can't get it to centre. :-( Can someone go to my page linked below and try and help? Thanks.

By the way, I'm not confident enough to mess with discharging or cap kits etc..
