Someone posted a while back about problems getting this working with MAME .... I found I had to configure the legacy IRQ as 5 using the sbinit .cfg file after booting to a Win98 DOS. IRQ 7 would lock up MAME. I also set IRQ 5 in the BIOS to Legacy ISA - now sound via ArcadeOS and MAME works fine.
