I have no idea how the European counterparts handle business, but I can tell you that Happ Controls sent me a catalog promptly after I requested one. Wico, on the other hand, never did. So guess who got my business and who didn't?? :)

P.S. If you want, I can send you my Happs catalog that I got a few months ago. The only thing is, I don't know if they'd actually SHIP to you if you purchased your items out of an "American" catalog. But lemme know.
