The ones that had a 360 degree spin (if you want to call it a spin) were the Indy 500 controllers. The Paddles had a fixed rotation of about 270 degrees. They were pots. Not opticals. More akin to the original Pong Upright arcade units, than say tempest or Arkanoid.


: Just wondering, I remember those things had a continuos range of motion, were they optical? If so, it seems like they might be able to provide some parts for a spinner...
