Hi Bob. The host that I have retrocactus.com with has enabled me to setup subdomains on my account. What this means is that I can let anyone have their own whatever.retrocactus.com website.
You could have pacfan.retrocactus.com with 20megs of space. It's not the best url (although I don't mind it ;) but it beats being a numbered geocities site.
You also get ftp access and webmail for your account and all kinds of tools for building/creating your site if you need it. It does require a banner on the top though but I don't find it a problem.
