Well, not really, but I have put up some miniscule screenshots of my machine playing Pac and Ms pac, on MAME DOS with NO special streching or anything. As you can see, it's centered, and clear, and top to bottom displayed.
I've included one pic in this email, plus a link to the page of shots, so you can see for yourself.
The card is an ASUS V7700 GeForce 2 GTS Ultra, with TV-out built in.
