Yes there like leaf, they feel like leaf (or is that leaves) and they arn't as tempermental as leaf Joysticks...I hope that made sense if you want I could email you some Pics...

: Are these joysticks really LEAF? The cataloge says "Reliable Leaf Type Switches". That almost sounds like "Real Chocolatey Flavor" or "100% Simulated Woodgrain". If these are truly leaf, then I'm there!
