I sent a message to these guys a few days ago, asking for a quote on a custom panel configuration. Haven't heard a peep from them.
That's not to say that they aren't busy; I'll give them that benefit of the doubt. I just wanted to know if anybody else had experience dealing with them via E-mail, or who wanted to share any other aspect of doing business with them.
