At least I got it right in the message text.

: I've bought them, because they fit in the slightly small start button holes in my Aero City cabinet. They function just like any other arcade button - closed when down, open when up.

: I think the reason they refer to them as "momentary" is to distinguish them from buttons using microswitches. Incidentally, these don't click like microswitch buttons, but they still don't feel as good as leaf switches.
